BOTSWANA COMMEMORATION OF THE FOUNDING OF THE COLLEGE - 3 FEBRUARY 1954 – 2004
About 30 FOBs, current- and ex-parents gathered at the Gaborone
Cricket Club on the evening of Tuesday 3rd February to celebrate the
50th anniversary of the opening of the College. FOB Dave van Wyk
proposed a toast to the College and there was a good deal of
delicious food and cold beer enjoyed!
The event marked, I hope, the beginning of a keen and supportive
FOBs' Society in Botswana. (Any FOBs or other Falcon Supporters
resident in Botswana who were not at the gathering and are reading

Those FOBs who attended ranged in age from Chris Buckley (Oates,
